Eligibility for Return and Refund:
- You received a wrong item.
- Your product is damaged or defective when it arrives.

Conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- To process your request quickly, kindly share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
- The product must be unused, and returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Refund Process:
- Once your return is approved and the product is received back, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Important Points:
- Personalized or customized frames are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
